Phil Staddon Entertains Children at Four Parties in a Single Day

One of the UK's leading children's entertainers, Philip Staddon, has revealed a record-breaking day for children's entertainment in Gloucester.

"It all started back in January," begins Phil. "It had been a busy Christmas and New Year with numerous parties, I was looking forward to a nice quiet few weeks. It wasn't to be though - word had got out and I was getting a couple of calls per day with new enquiries."

Phil's diary started filling up. By the end of January he had bookings for seven weddings, eighteen children's parties and two local school events. February looked like it was going to be a tough month.

Philip continues, "I pulled out my diary where I keep a list of all my bookings and noticed I had somehow booked four children's parties on the same day. They didn't overlap but it was going to be a push reaching all four of them - all in different areas of Gloucester."

No stranger to working hard, Phil had frequently done a morning birthday party and an afternoon birthday party but this was something new. Four parties in one day had never been attempted before.

"It actually went very well in the end," says Phil, "The feedback I got was great, I don't think anyone had any idea just how many other parties I had done that day. I always try to make my customers feel like they are my only party that day. It's why I get so much referral business."
