Tenant Expansion Deal with Homebuilder Doubles Square Footage As Housing Market Rebounds

The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm, has announced Lee & Associates has been selected to oversee leasing for Camelback Square.

The Lee & Associates team of Bill Blake, Craig Coppola, Andrew Cheney and Colton Trauter will manage the leasing for Camelback Square, a 172,690 square foot, three-story building, located at 6991 East Camelback Road near the prestigious intersection of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Newly renovated, Camelback Square features a sleek and contemporary design and a fully landscaped courtyard with a fountain and seating areas. The property features proximity to the highly desirable Scottsdale Fashion Square with its anchor tenants: Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. In addition, the W Hotel and Scottsdale Waterfront are within walking distance. Camelback Square is also located near the heart of old town Scottsdale with a multitude of restaurants and retail amenities. Lincoln Property Company oversees property management for the building.

In a recent transaction at Camelback Square, homebuilder Ashton Woods signed an expansion lease for 11,500 square feet. The homebuilder previously occupied 5,400 square feet. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Ashton Woods Homes is a builder of eco-friendly and energy-efficient new homes. The company is a subsidiary of Great Gulf Group.

Other major tenants at Camelback Square include Mastro’s City Hall restaurant, Echo Global Logistics and Pacific Coast Mortgage.
