On Monday, March 11, 2013 Red Tricycle, a digital city guide for parents, launched its first-ever Chicago edition. The San Francisco-based media company, which has built a loyal following in six major metro areas and delivers one million email newsletters each week packed with insider tips to families in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, New York City and SoCal, is now pedaling into the Windy City.
To commemorate the launch of Red Tricycle Chicago, the city’s most influential moms, dads and their kids came together to celebrate. On Monday, March 11, Red Tricycle hosted an exclusive party to celebrate the launch of Red Tricycle Chicago, honor the 2012 winners of Chicago’s Totally Awesome Awards and honor Chicago Power Moms at Little Beans Cafe, one of the coolest indoor playspaces and cafes for Chicago parents.

Event attendees included Dawn Hasbrouck, Fox 32 News Morning Anchor, Sharon Schneider, CEO and Founder of internet start-up MoxieJean, Lindsay Pinchuk, Founder of Bump Club Chicago, and Sarah Meier Cobb, President of Neighborhood Parents Network of Chicago (NPN), as well as over 100 moms and kids.
