The eagerly awaited re-release of Academy Award winning Disney favourite ‘Finding Nemo’ will be celebrated at The Oceanarium, The Bournemouth Aquarium, with a two week ‘Sea' the Stars extravaganza this Easter!

From Friday 29th March, which is when the jaw dropping 3D animated version of the film will hit the big screen in the UK, until Sunday 14th April, visitors can come face to face with real life relatives of sea-dwelling super stars including Nemo and his dad Marlin the clownfish, Crush the sea turtle and Bruce the shark!

Fans of SpongeBob SquarePants learn all about some of the programme’s best loved characters Mr Krabbs, Patrick Star and Gary the snail in ‘Meet the Creatures of Bikini Bottom’ rock pool sessions.

In celebration of their very own movie stunt doubles, the Oceanarium will also be hosting a Celebrity Fish trail throughout Easter, where visitors need to match the creatures they see with characters from a whole host of epic tales from the deep, with fabulous prizes to be won!

From The Little Mermaid’s evil eels and James Bond’s man-eating piranhas to Dr Shellington the sea otter and Professor Inkling the octopus from The Octonauts, the real life creatures are all waiting to be found.

Other exciting features include the opportunity to see the Oceanarium’s newest star attraction, the adorable otter family, and the chance to delve into the deep without getting wet in the world’s first virtual Interactive Dive Cage.
