Los Angeles (PRWEB) March 22, 2013
Senn Delaney Partner, Executive Vice President and Energy Practice Leader Nick Neuhausel will be a guest speaker at the EEI Strategic Issues Roundtable. Neuhausel's presentation April 5, 2013 will focus on Why Culture Matters: The Critical Impact of Culture on Organizational Readiness and Talent Management.
Neuhausel will provide an overview on why culture matters to energy companies, based on Senn Delaney's decades of culture-shaping work with energy companies globally. He will share the business case for culture as a driver, the importance of aligning strategy, structure and culture, and how to overcome the “jaws of culture” that can chew up strategies and initiatives. Neuhausel will also share data on why organizational health creates the ultimate competitive advantage, and how culture can help companies become an employer of choice to hire and retain the best talent.
The EEI Strategic Issues Roundtable is at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida, April 3-5. It is designed to encourage discussion and interaction on the key issues facing the electric power industry. Participants include managers, directors and vice presidents of strategic or business planning at electric utilities, as well as individuals from the planning, regulatory and financial operations of member electric companies and representatives from EEI International Affiliate utilities.
The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is the association of U.S. shareholder-owned electric companies. Its members serve 95 percent of the ultimate customers in the shareholder-owned segment of the industry, and represent approximately 70 percent of the U.S. electric power industry. EEI provides public policy leadership, critical industry data, strategic business intelligence, one-of-a-kind conferences and forums, and top-notch products and services.
