By utilizing our complete team, which included attorney, paralegal and investigative team, we were able to secure information regarding the collision that otherwise would have been overlooked or lost.
Bryan, TX (PRWEB) March 22, 2013
According the police report, the driver of the vehicle that struck Knotts’ client was traveling at speeds exceeding 100 mph while evading marked police cars. The vehicle swerved into the opposite lane of traffic before smashing into The Carlson Law Firm’s client’s vehicle. As a result of the auto accident, the speeding driver was killed. Police said that driver’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
“My client is a hard working man who is devoted to his wife and family. This collision placed a huge financial and emotional burden on his family,” said Knotts. “Working with the client and his family to process the emotional aspect of a physical trauma was rewarding. Knowing I’ve helped him and his family restore what was lost and have financial security for future medical needs made every bit of the work worth it.”
Accident involving injuries and death can make gathering evidence a vital component of unveiling details surrounding a collision.
“By utilizing our complete team, which included the attorney, paralegal and investigative team, we were able to secure information regarding the collision that otherwise would have been overlooked or lost,” Knotts said. “Our client needed an entire team he could trust and who would maintain consistent communication with him, which we were able to do.”
Although holding negligent drivers responsible for injuries and loss is an important aspect of personal injury, future medical care for clients is imperative.
“Working with my client’s medical providers to identify his future medical needs to ensure that the insurance company included it in their analysis was one of the more challenging aspects of this case,” Knotts noted.
Despite its size, operating from several locations, The Carlson Law Firm prides itself on customer service, using the resources available to provide constant communication with referring attorneys, clients and staff as cases progress.
“I am so proud of my assistant, Virginia, who worked diligently on this case each week to gather one more piece of the puzzle to help our client,” said the Bryan, Texas attorney.
While The Carlson Law Firm has 10 locations spanning the state of Texas, Kathryn Knotts heads the Bryan-College Station office. Other offices across the state include, Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio, Laredo, Waco, Killeen and Temple.
After all medical bills and attorney fees were paid, The Carlson Law Firm's client received $131,408.
