Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) announced the auction of 14 properties throughout Florida and Alabama to be held March 26 – March 28, 2013. Online bidding is available in addition to the live, on-site auctions.
The auction inventory includes multiple houses and condos, commercial and agricultural land tracts, an income-producing property, several commercial buildings, and a luxury lake-front home with pool and spa. The auction schedule is as follows:
•10:00am, March 26: 7.25 acres (mol) offered in 3 parcels. Located minutes from Interstate 4 and major highway interchanges in Lakeland, FL.
•6:00pm, March 26: 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom / 2 car garage home in Lakeland, Florida. 2-story brick house situation on a corner lot with beautiful grandfather oaks. Offered at Absolute Auction.
•6:00pm, March 26: Two homes in Birmingham, Alabama offered at Absolute Auction.
•10:00am, March 27: Commercial building fronting Highway 92 in Seffner, Florida. Minutes to Interstates 4 and 75.
•1:00pm, March 27: Income-producing commercial property with frontage on Highway 92 in Plant City, Florida. Three total buildings on over 5 acres.

The auction begins in Lakeland, Florida with 7.25 acres (mol) offered in three parcels. The property is located on Interstate Dr. near the cross-section with Kathleen Rd. The entrance to Interstate 4 is moments from the property. It is situated near Coca-Cola and Keiser University among other major businesses.
Next on the block are three homes offered at absolute auction. There is a lovely 2-story brick home in Lakeland, Florida, situated on a 0.43 acres (mol) corner lot and shaded by stately grandfather oaks. Two homes in Birmingham, Alabama will also be offered.
