Cardiff company Sanctuary Health & Nutrition Ltd has been supplying the Matol Km herbal formula since 1995 to the UK. They have recently published a page on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/13herbs in order to provide information and discussion their unique product.

So what is Matol Km? Km is a herbal drink of 13 herbs and 5 minerals. Many people claim many health benefits from using this unique herbal supplement.

It is well known the body needs essential vitamins and minerals. These are critical for digestive and overall health. Generally, they have been removed from modern conventional diets. With the current scandals in the processed food industry, it could be reasonably argued that additional supplementation could provide benefits.

Some vitamins are re-added, but tend to be low quality and low amounts. This overall can result in poor nutrition resulting in low energy and poor skin, amongst other conditions.

The Matol Km herbal formula provides natural vitamins and minerals in abundance direct from carefully selected herbs.

A few tablespoons taken daily of Km is said to supply all recommended daily vitamins and minerals, in particular potassium and iodine.

Matol Km was developed in 1922 to naturally maximise performance, welbeing and energy levels, with no toxic side effects. With over 40 million bottles sold worldwide since mass-production in 1984, some nutritional experts have taken a keen interest in the Km formula.

Dr. T Kliner, of the U.S. National Board of Certified Internal Medicine, said:
‘Although some other supplements may have similar ingredients as Matol, there’s something unique about Matol Km. It takes one difference in the chemical bond. If you have penicillin, you change just one bond you have amoxicillin. And that’s the way it is with Matol Km. You just can’t take these herbs and throw them in a vat and come out with the results that we get from this product.’

Dr. K. Clark, PhD, Director of Sports Nutrition, Penn Sate University, is quoted as saying:
‘In the 10 years I’ve been involved with Matol, I have personally listened to over 3,000 individuals who have used Matol Km tell me personally how their health has changed.’
