Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) March 26, 2013
Healthcare Information LLC has announced that it has refocused its leadership team as part of a broader initiative to provide integrated software and Android-based solutions that improve patient satisfaction in a range of healthcare settings.
John Pratt, previously company chief financial officer, has become president of Healthcare Information with the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day operations as well as go-to market strategies for its new products. Rick Pratt, previously president, is serving as chief executive officer, devoting his attention to the company’s vision and strategic plan. Refocusing the leadership team will enable the company to leverage the core strengths of John and Rick.
“This is an exciting time in the history of Healthcare Information,” John Pratt said. “We are committed to delivering integrated solutions that create more engaging and interactive patient experiences, ultimately empowering hospitals and healthcare systems to realize measurable improvements in patient satisfaction. Our executive team is laser focused on developing patient-centric solutions to help healthcare facilities navigate the new paradigm of pay for performance.”
Healthcare Information in recent months has developed strategies to elevate its brand, launch new products such as Android televisions for healthcare facilities, and support the company’s sales team and its independent network of distributors nationwide.
John Pratt, a graduate of Xavier University, had served as CFO since 2006. Rick Pratt bought Healthcare Information in 2002 when the company was focused primarily on being a provider and reseller of televisions to hospitals. Healthcare Information today offers a broad range of technology solutions to enable hospitals, clinics and health systems to package and deliver content in a way that better educates patients, frees clinical staff of nonclinical tasks and improves overall patient satisfaction. The company this year introduced the BedMate Android television with a capacitive touchscreen and hundreds of apps, the world’s first bedside hospital-grade touchscreen TV for use in in clinics and other medical settings.
