TPC Training Systems is celebrating the eighth anniversary of TPC Online™, its online learning management system (LMS).
Launched in March 2005, TPC Online began with six clients. Eight years later, it now boasts over 250 clients. TPC Online’s growing popularity extends from its intuitive user interface, which simplifies the management of a training program. From one location, an administrator can assign and track training for both their local and global workforce.
“Since we introduced TPC Online in 2005, it has become the preferred method in technical skills training among our clients, said Andrew Kauser, President, TPC Training Systems. “Our clients were looking for an effective and interactive training tool and they found it with TPC Online.”
TPC Online’s effectiveness stems from delivering targeted industry and safety training while offering the trusted content TPC is known for. After witnessing the positive changes in their workforce due to this delivery method, clients have expanded their commitment to TPC Online. This has led to over half a million self-study training courses being assigned to nearly 100,000 trainees in just eight years.
TPC Online was introduced as an alternative to TPC Learning Manager. While both delivered computer-based training, TPC Online eliminated the need for a computer dedicated to training, making any computer a training tool for a workforce.
