Real Estate Agents Optimistic about the Market in 2013

ActiveRain, the world’s largest social network for real estate professionals, has created an infographic that illustrates the high level of confidence REALTORS® have in the U.S. real estate market for 2013. The U.S. real estate market has already picked up and more Realtors are seeing the importance of a CRM in helping them supercharge their business success.

According to ActiveRain’s infographic, 84% of Realtors believe that real estate values will increase in 2013. This is a 133% boost in confidence from 2012. If real estate values do in fact go up, agents will inevitably be busier, which means that there will likely be a greater need for a real estate CRM to help them stay organized and manage their business effectively.

ActiveRain surveyed its 330, 000 members and found that in addition to increases in real estate values, Realtors believe that real estate transactions will increase, the amount of new construction will rise, and the local economy will also improve. Note that this pertains to the U.S. market. Canadian agents are less confident about their market in 2013.
