It is comprised of over 1800 attendees, which include judges from business and industry, educational exhibitors, advisors, competitors and delegates.

Berry participated in the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania competitions when he was a youth, which he attributes to building his enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. He is the Founder and CEO of Municibid, a Conshohocken-based technology company. Through its online auction portal focused on government surplus, Municibid.com has helped government agencies earn millions of dollars that will help with future purchases, reducing burden on taxpayers. Since its inception in 2006, Municibid has grown to serve over 800 government agencies including big cities like Philadelphia, Boston and Baton Rouge to counties, boroughs, townships, D.A. offices, school districts, universities, authorities and utilities. His experience in various business and civic organizations over the years, including time he spent on the Pottstown Borough Council, have given him the resources to now focus his energy on helping communities throughout the country improve efficiency and fiscal accountability.

In April, Berry will address the attendees at the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania Conference regarding how their involvement in SkillsUSA will help students attain a purposeful life, have a deep respect for the dignity of work, and create enthusiasm for learning, particularly in the fields of trade, industrial, technical, and health occupations.
