Taiwan-based DJ Code has begun a tour across the island in support of the launch of Volvo's new V40 model. Spanning over 7 cities in 10 days, DJ Code will be accompanied by a live violinist as he delivers his unique blend of electronic and oriental styles combined with traditional music instruments. Signed to High Note Records, DJ Code recently signed a worldwide artist management agreement with music industry veteran Eric de Fontenay from NY-based music media firm MusicDish.

In 2009, DJ Code released his first EP "The Gate" on Beatport. Soon, the single "Buddha" became one of the top 50 downloads on the site, while his composition has become a leading edge in the electronic music of Asia. In 2010, he signed with HiNote Records and released his full-length album "Asia River." His work has since been used in TV commercials such as Kenzo and The Discovery Channel.
