New Board members to provide expertise in advancing the company’s strategic business plan

360 Vantage®, a leader in cloud-based sales and marketing technology solutions, announced today the expansion of the company’s recently formed Board of Directors. As part of its strategic growth plan, 360 Vantage has appointed three prominent leaders in healthcare, technology and business law to its Board, Dr. David Lorber, Dr. Mitzi M. Montoya and Michael Reagan.

Dr. David Lorber brings an extensive healthcare background in prescriber programs, e-business initiatives, and government relations. Dr. Lorber currently serves as vice president of clinical affairs for Walgreen Co. Previously, he served as vice president of medical affairs at CVS Caremark where he was responsible for the development and implementation of formulary and clinical programs for their Medicare PDP. Dr. Lorber is a member of the USP Pulmonology Expert Committee, Therapeutic Decision Making Expert Committee, and the Medicare Model Guidelines Committee. He has served on the Stakeholder’s Committee for AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) and the Medical Advisory Board of the National Rural Electrical Cooperatives. He is a board-certified internist and pulmonologist.

Dr. Mitzi M. Montoya will advise on innovation and marketing strategy. Dr. Montoya currently serves as vice provost and dean of the College of Technology and Innovation at Arizona State University. She is a former American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow. Prior to joining ASU, Dr. Montoya spent 15 years at North Carolina State University in the College of Management. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses internationally in technology management, product innovation and marketing strategy. Dr. Montoya's research interests lie at the intersection of technology, marketing and decision-making. She has numerous publications and has been the recipient of competitive research grants as well as foundation grants from several firms.

Michael Reagan will advise the Board on legal matters. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Kahala. Prior to joining Kahala, Reagan was a commercial transaction attorney at Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite, a Phoenix-based law firm serving Fortune 1000 clients, and a staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, serving Arizona-based Fortune 500 clients. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and in the US District Court for the District of Arizona as well as being a licensed Certified Public Account (CPA) in the State of Arizona.
