Hermosa Beach, CA (PRWEB) March 26, 2013
This Wednesday, March 27th at 6 p.m., Hot’s Kitchen will host a beer dinner featuring Drake’s Brewing and their infamous limited release Hopocalypse brew. The dinner marks the beginning of a series highlighting local craft breweries that will continue throughout the end of the year.
Each beer dinner will be complete with 5 to 6 courses specially created by Hot’s Kitchen’s Owner and Executive Chef Sean Chaney. Every course will be paired with a specific (and often incredibly rare) brew from the featured brewery. The brewmasters behind these artisan beers will be in attendance to meet diners and educate them on each of the pairings, because who doesn’t like a little knowledge with their brew? Hot’s beer dinners are a steal at only $55 a head.
Upcoming beer dinners:
- April – Ballast Point Brewery
- May – The Dudes’ Brewery
