SkinCareRx Partners with Listrak to Overcome Deliverability Issues and Keep Customers Engaged

New case study outlines how online skincare product retailer partnered with Listrak and achieved increased deliverability and a 12% lift in holiday sales.

Before the start of the 2012 holiday season, SkinCareRx, online merchant of clinical- and spa-grade skin care products, moved from its current email service provider to Listrak in an effort to improve the conversion rate of its email campaigns. The partnership resulted in improved holiday sales, followed by back-to-back months of improved conversions and increased revenues.

In a recently released case study, Mike Nelson, online marketing director with IntelaDerm LLC, owner and operator of SkinCare Rx, reports the results of his email marketing campaigns since partnering with Listrak. The case study outlines how Listrak worked with SkinCareRx to quickly overcome its existing deliverability issues by significantly scrubbing its email list.

The case study also discusses how SkinCareRx was able to increase November holiday sales by 12% versus 2011 by sending more targeted emails to a smaller number of qualified subscribers. The report goes on to outline how SkinCareRx later implemented a Modal Pop-Up and Welcome Series to engage customers, which yielded an average 7% conversion rate, and launched a Shopping Cart Abandonment campaign that converted at an average rate of 18% over five months.
