Fifth Gear, MindWare Selected to Present Ideal Customer Experience Ideas at IRCE 2013

Ecommerce thought-leaders will share tips for improving brand experience at world’s largest ecommerce event.

The Internet Retailer Conference & Exposition (IRCE 2013) will take place in Chicago, June 4-7, and will feature 220 speakers from the online retail industry. On June 6, ecommerce operations expert Matt Konkle will share his knowledge in a fast-paced session titled “45 Tips in 45 Minutes for Creating the Ideal Customer Experience.” Konkle, president of order fulfillment provider Fifth Gear, will be joined by online retail veteran Ryan Iverson, general manager of IT and operations for MindWare, a popular developer of educational toys.

“The topic of customer experience only continues to become more important each day to our clients, particularly with the rapid changes that take place in the online retail industry,” says Konkle. “Ryan and I hope to provide many actionable ideas that can be applied throughout the entire shopping experience, including things to think about after the transaction takes place on a retailer’s website.”

Their educational session, scheduled for June 6 at 1:45 PM, promises to spark ideas that retailers can take back from the conference and share with their operations teams, as well as marketers for their brands. Ideas will include often overlooked ways to connect with customers during the fulfillment process and after the product arrives at the shopper’s doorstep.

IRCE boasts over 600 exhibiting companies that make up 90% of the ecommerce solutions providers in the market. As a past speaker and yearly exhibitor at IRCE, Fifth Gear will showcase its order fulfillment services in Booth 1821.
