Rehmani Consulting, Inc. Announces a New Option for Organizations Looking to Expose Different Sets of Content Directly to Different Sets of SharePoint® Users - VisualSP™

Rehmani Consulting, Inc., creator of the VisualSP™ Help System for Microsoft® SharePoint® has added an often requested feature to the product -- a method of exposing different sets of content to different groups of users on a site collection basis. The feature includes security trimming and even control over display language for ribbon prompts, and is managed by either a SharePoint® Farm or Site Collection Administrator from a point and click control panel.

Rehmani Consulting, Inc. of Plainfield, Illinois announces an expansion in the feature set of its help system for Microsoft® SharePoint®, VisualSP™. In response to user requests, organizations implementing this award winning system (VisualSP™ won the Editor’s Best Bronze Award, SharePoint, from Windows IT Pro Magazine for 2012) now can display different sets of content to different groups of users on a site collection basis.

Two additional features, an administrator control which is used to trim access to exposed content for specific users based on their membership in security groups, and an option to display ribbon features for the SharePoint® help system in different languages (the language must be supported by a Microsoft® Language Pack, and already added to SharePoint®), support this new flexibility, promising a high valuable benefit for users.
