On Saturday, March 30th from 11 AM to 1 PM, Phoenix personal trainer and fitness expert Bret Contreras is to host a free seminar on the best methods for glute training at Arizona Training Lab on Indian School Road to celebrate the release of Strong Curves, a women’s resistance training book co-authored with Kellie Davis.
The seminar will focus on Contreras’s training methods and will include a one-hour presentation of The Science of Glute Training followed by a practical session on various glute exercises. This is to kick off the launch of his first women’s fitness book due out in stores on April 2nd.
“Strong Curves is really Bret’s Magnus Opus. He’s spent the last 15 years researching and field testing the best methods for helping women achieve the greatest results when it comes to glute-sculpting,” says co-author Kellie Davis. “It’s such an honor to be a part of this incredible book and I can’t wait for it to hit the shelves in bookstores.”
Strong Curves is a 320-page full color fitness-training guide for women looking to sculpt a better physique. It offers four 12-week workout plans, over 200 exercise tutorials, and a practical nutrition guide for women of all fitness levels. Strong Curves will be available in Barnes and Noble and other local independent retailers as well as online at Amazon.com on April 2nd.
