Aprile Parella joined Element as Vice President of Performance Marketing. She specializes in marketing strategy development including affiliate marketing, SEO and SEM action plans, creating and utilizing social media and business development. Aprile has over a decade of experience in performance marketing for both national and global retail brands such as: JP Morgan Chase, Waterford Crystal (WWRD Brands), Wedgewood, Royal Daulton, Villeroy & Boch and Udi’s/Boulder Brands.

After a 15 year career as a TV reporter and meteorologist in Philadelphia, Robyn Stevens’ experience in the media industry enables her to obtain major media placements for her clients. She creates highly innovative media and marketing strategies that dramatically raise brand awareness and value. Robyn is passionate about generating new media strategies including SEO, SEM, blogging, social networking and affiliate marketing to provide clients with a complete array of business opportunities.
