Prudential Northwest Properties is one of a select number of real estate brokerages in the nation invited to join the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brand launching later this year. The new brand marks the first time the world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway name is licensed for use in a consumer-facing business entity.

Details have not been released as to when the company will adopt the new brand name, but the conversion is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2013.
