Mark has enjoyed teaching university students for the past 20 years as a part of his Adjunct Faculty experience at the University of Waterloo which included a role as Industry Champion for Executive Business & Technology Programs at the Center for Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology (CBET). He was named by Macleans as one of Waterloo’s ‘Popular Profs’ in 1996 where he continues to receive consistently outstanding teaching evaluations.
Mark spent 10 years in the management consulting field with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Deloitte Consulting and his own consulting firm working in the global communications industry with AT&T, Bell Canada, Embratel, Sprint & MCI/ Worldcom among others.
More recently he was IBM’s Director of Global Software Industry Sales for the Communications Sector , where he led sales strategy and execution worldwide across three industries (Telco, Energy & Utilities and Media & Entertainment).

Mark graduated with a BMath in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Waterloo in 1989 and is a Global Executive MBA graduate from the Kellogg-Schulich program in 2011.
