National Home Builder D.R. Horton started sales efforts this week for the new homes being offered in The Woodlands community of Ibis Golf & Country Club. Surrounded by the Grassy Waters Nature Preserve, The Woodlands will consist of 98 homes with views overlooking the privacy and beauty of the preserve.

Buyers may choose from a number of unique floor plans, ranging in size from 2,500 to 4,400 square feet. Prices for the newly constructed homes will start in the mid-$400s.
