The curriculum includes: best practices in navigating more complex organizations, diverse stakeholders’ requirements, and tighter delivery deadlines. Students will also learn strategies for preparing for the exam and for answering exam questions. A pre-test will be conducted in-class for each student to determine their own personal level of knowledge of IT Project Management. This course covers how to optimize IT problem solving and delivery processes so that projects can be delivered on time and on budget.
While the course will certainly prepare you for the comprehensive PMP exam with numerous exercises and practice questions, it has an IT flavor with significant real world emphasis with relevant examples and hands-on activities.
