Dublin, California (PRWEB) April 10, 2013
Contemporary Forums, the leading provider of continuing education (CE) for healthcare professionals announces its annual set of summer conferences, designed for healthcare professionals to receive their required CE credits in the resort locations of Jackson Hole, WY., and Snowmass, CO. Three conferences are offered, Hot Topics in Primary Care, Emergency Care Summit and Office Gynecology with the conference schedules arranged to allow time to enjoy the activities of the area.
"Each summer conference is developed with nationally-known experts as Conference Chairs and speakers and provides ACCME and ANCC accredited CE hours for advanced practice clinicians and nurses," said Pam Jenkins-Wallace, MS, NP, Vice President, Program Development for Contemporary Forums. She continues, "Clinicians always enjoy the combination of excellent CE in a setting of breathtaking natural beauty and these conference schedules allow time to enjoy outdoor activities and adventures in a family-oriented location. From a learning perspective, over 85% of past attendees report plans to make changes in their practice based on what they learned at these conferences."
During each four day conference, attendees will spend time in morning CE sessions and will have the afternoons to explore the resort and the surrounding environment. Each conference is fully accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
The Jackson Hole conference site, the Snow King Resort, is undergoing a $16 million renovation to be completed in early June 2013. Guests will experience a first class resort in a world class destination with beautifully remodeled rooms, renovated restaurant and bar area with 180 degree views of the mountain landscape, remodeled meeting space, updated pool, spa, and work-out facilities, complimentary airport transportation, additional service staff and enhanced WiFi capability.
The Westin Snowmass Resort is a family resort offering activities for everyone. Guided nature trail hikes, mountain bike clinics and supervised children's programs at the Treehouse Kids Adventure Center and new Ice Age Discovery Center are all part of the Snowmass experience. Snowmass Village also offers a free outdoor concert each week on Fanny Hill, where you can picnic on the lawn under the stars and enjoy the music.
