We felt it was important to expand our offering of fibers while lowering our current prices to accommodate any budget or office need. We carry both single-use and reusable fibers, which have a lower price than any of our competitors.

CoolTouch announced today the introduction of an array of fibers sizes accompanied by lower prices to meet the physician’s practice and financial needs. CoolTouch’s recent survey results with their current physician installed base indicated that fiber price was a major concern for their practice’s sustainability. Physicians spoke, CoolTouch listened.

The CoolTouch EZ PASS™ 400um single-use fiber, The SaphFire® 2.5F single-use fiber and the original single-use and reusable (5-use) 600um fiber offerings are proprietary to the CoolTouch CTEV 1320nm endovenous laser for varicose vein ablation. The CTEV laser was the first and original water specific 1320nm wavelength in the endovenous laser marketplace. Recently, CoolTouch was awarded a patent, #7,921,854, this patent titled “Endovenous Laser Treatment for Varicose Veins" contains claims that cover the method of treating varicose veins with lasers having wavelengths of 1319, 1320 and 1470 nanometers.
