Chippenham-based Solar Communications has been awarded for its outstanding customer service for the fifth consecutive year.
The IP telephony firm, which designs and installs unified communications networks for businesses across the country, has received the award from telephony manufacturer Shoretel every year since 2009.

The outstanding customer service award is given to companies which achieve over 95% in Shoretel’s Net Promoter Score index. This measurement is recognised the world over as best practice when it comes to evaluating customer service quality in business, as clients are not only asked about how satisfied they are with their experience, but also if they would recommend the firm to friends and colleagues.
