Ajoy Management Enterprise, a professional service company providing accounting, payroll and tax support to small business owners and entrepreneurial individuals, has achieved its goal to be full service for the small but growing business. Ajoy has added basic bookkeeping, tax preparation, and notary services to its arsenal of business support services.

Ajoy works directly with clients to get them up to speed managing daily processes and bookkeeping systems. The benefit is timelier, more accurate management reporting and financial data. When it’s time to create or update business plans, complete applications for financing, report to potential investors and file annual tax returns, they are ready to go. The new level of service is now seamless because everything is in-house. This works especially well for closely-held business owners who need to work on quarterly estimated tax deposits, and file annual business and personal tax returns simultaneously.

Ajoy began January 1995 with a mission to help small business owners with plans for marketing, public relations, promotional event planning and ancillary administrative support services. Between 2008 and 2012 Ajoy went through a gradual make-over when Brooks realized the greatest value was in assisting clients with the most critical, yet often neglected, area of business growth and sustainability; accounting and tax compliance. Owner, Tuesday P. Brooks has been a professional tax preparer and associate accountant for many years at a boutique CPA tax accounting firm. Brooks earned a business degree in media management in her desire to marry her love for media and marketing with extensive years of experience with general accounting, business planning, and operations. In her current role as Line Producer for a media company Brown Communications, Inc. she is responsible for all budgetary aspects of production. Many of Ajoy’s clients are in media, entertainment and sports industries with a sprinkle of franchises, restaurants and non-profit organizations and consultants.
