Subject-matter independent, FuseExpertise, an EaaS™ (Expertise as a Service™) platform, now offers three subscription plans, on a monthly or annual basis, allowing maximum flexibility coupled with affordability, with the added benefit of customizing those plans to the number of users.

Companies new to FuseExpertise are welcome to use the ‘freemium’ model which will send out IT productivity tips on a regular basis, and allow users to become familiar with the dashboard and improvement plans.

The Standard plan builds on the free/basic plan and allows users to insert their own expertise, and include checklists (guides, instruction, processes and procedures). The Plus plan allows expertise to be defined around objects such as people, computers, buildings, etc. for expertise which is repeatable. Plus, users can data partner with a number of sources, from pop email to databases. Community members can also make use of advanced solution plugins (score cards, assessment, budgets, tasks, content management, references) and create unlimited communities. The Premier plan allows organizations to create unlimited clusters of communities for truly scalable capture and deliverability of expertise to internal, external and shared communities of interest.

IT productivity tips offers a broader value proposition to all employees throughout a company whether it’s using email more effectively or Microsoft Windows and Office, with more expertise on the way. Plus and Premier subscriptions allow users to augment and share additional IT expertise.

“While documentation and elearning have their place, the vast majority of users in an organization use a very small percentage of software products feature sets, and they do so to fulfill very specific business requirements,” say Greg Waite, President of FuseExpertise. “That’s where we come in and allow a user to capture and share with a team - a checklist, guide, process or procedure.”
