Ubiquity Servers announced today that it’s greatly anticipated SSD-powered cloud platform is now online and ready for signups.

Ubiquity Servers’ cloud platform utilizes strictly Intel-based solid-state disks (SSD) alongside OnApp’s revolutionary distributed storage system to deliver IO performance typically reserved for only the most-expensive cloud solutions.

“Everyone here at Ubiquity is extremely excited to finally step into the cloud market. Up until now the hardware and software technology behind the scenes didn’t let us create a product that we felt offered value for our customers. We’re all very excited to put those days behind us.”

Ubiquity’s new cloud platform is available for use starting immediately in New York City, with Los Angeles, Chicago, and Amsterdam coming online soon. Plans start at $6 per month or one (1) cent per hour (hourly coming soon) and include 1 vCPU, 1 GB of RAM, and 10 GB of SSD storage. For more information visit https://www.ubiquityservers.com/cloud.
