The insideARM article asserts that customer service and compliance are the critical aspects of client liquidation rates. The claim is made that through professionalism and no abrasive conduct, a client is much more likely to get the money (or the greatest amount of money) paid.

An example with a Midwestern hospital is used to highlight how collection services can yield a superior return on investment (ROI) result.
