Investment to drive ongoing development of the innovative KeepTree video communication service

KeepTree.com represents a significant breakthrough in video messaging.

KeepTree, Inc. (http://www.KeepTree.com), developer of an innovative new video messaging technology for web and mobile devices that allows users to record videos and deliver them immediately, or at a future date and time, today announced it has secured a $2.6 million investment led by Japan-based Faith, Inc., a leading mobile technology development firm. The Company will use the funding to expand its team and to drive the ongoing development of its business and technology.

“KeepTree.com offers a fundamental change to the video messaging experience providing users the ability to exchange video messages now, save them forever, and even schedule delivery of videos in the future.” stated the Company’s CEO and Founder, Jonathan Loew.

KeepTree is changing the way that we communicate through technology – seeking to bring back the personal and intimate nature of communication often lost in today’s common methods of communication such as email, text messaging, and social media. Rather than the “put everything out there” experience of many communication and social sites, the Company provides private and permanent communication platform. The KeepTree platform enhances the user experience by offering a simple means of video communication regardless of where you are in the world, as well as eliminating the need for both users to be on-line or available at the same time.

“KeepTree.com was created to provide friends and family with the ability to stay in touch no matter where they are, and no matter when they create their videos.” said Loew. “We see this investment as validation of the KeepTree service. We are excited about the continued development this additional capital will allow us to achieve.”

“KeepTree.com is changing the way people interact.” said Hiroshi Nakata, the Company’s Chairman of the Board. Nakata continued, “We are beyond text, beyond images, and with our Future Delivery™ we are ‘beyond ‘now’.’ We look forward to the opportunity for growth that this latest round of funding provides KeepTree.”

“KeepTree.com represents a significant breakthrough in video messaging.” said Hajime Hirasawa, President of Faith, Inc. “As a company devoted to new, exciting communications delivery systems, Faith is determined to become a strong supporter of KeepTree.”
