Rehmani Consulting, Inc. of Plainfield, Illinois announces the immediate availability of VisualSP™ Version 4. The features of this version of its help system for SharePoint now include a wider range of management controls, along with a more flexible content display window, which now can be popped out for multi-tasking requirements.

The new management controls for VisualSP™ work at the site collection level. They include security trimming to restrict how content is exposed to users, language selection to display ribbon prompts in the same language as the rest of SharePoint prompts, an import capability for content residing in locations outside of SharePoint, and even a management control over how content is to be exposed to users. For example, a site collection administrator can choose to expose content to users in windows, rather than dialog boxes. Users will have the option of “popping out” windows, which will permit them to watch training content entirely in-context, directly alongside another window where they perform the task at the same time.
