The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Los Angeles Chapter and Prospect Mortgage will host “Spring Into Action!” an event featuring top realtors who will share tips to boost real estate sales.
The event, open at no cost to all real estate professionals, is set for Friday, April 19, at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott located on 5855 West Century Boulevard in Los Angeles, California.
Registration starts at 9:00 a.m., and the event is from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A cocktail mixer is set for 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., exclusive to NAHREP-LA members.
“I’m honored to take part in the ‘Spring Into Action’ event, which will bring together some of the top real estate professionals in the country who will discuss what it takes to become a top producer,” says Mark Shandrow, broker at Shandrow Group and one of the speakers at the event.
“It will also be a chance for us to celebrate our industry and network with our colleagues as we enter an exciting time of growth,” says Shandrow, who had more than 150 closings in 2012. He will also share tips and reveal his number one key tool to his success during the panel discussion.
Joining him on the panel of local, top-producer realtors are other real estate professionals who each have impressive annual closings in retail, short sale, and REO. They include, Silvia Amador, RE/MAX Tri City; Rod Buchan, RE/MAX Execs; and Ramon Sanchez, C21 Allstars.
The event will feature Tom Ferry, Top Real Estate Coach & Speaker. Also speaking at the event are Kurt Wannebo, CEO/Broker at San Diego Real Estate and Investments; Ron Bergum, CEO of Prospect Mortgage Company; and Juan Martinez, ranked No.1 Hispanic real estate agent in Nevada and the U.S. Mr. Martinez closed 582 transactions in 2012 and is NAHREP National President for 2013-2014.
