The Woodstock Fruit Festival is proud to extend an invitation to former President Bill Clinton to attend the Festival this summer, which will be held in Diamond Point, New York from Sunday, August 18th through Sunday, August 25th.
Clinton decided to make some significant changes to his life and began following a vegan-based diet after dealing with multiple health issues. Since he has seen his life improve from these changes, he wants to spread the message about the benefits of a plant-based diet. Michael Arnstein, founder of the The Woodstock Fruit Festival, also believes that a diet rich in fruit and vegetables is a top priority for anyone wanting to reach higher levels of health. "Mr. Clinton is an inspiration for those people who wish to improve their lives through dietary changes. It would be an honor if he accepted the invitation," states Kristina Peduto, Marketing and Public Relations Specialist for The Woodstock Fruit Festival. Arnstein’s efforts are paying off, as the Festival continues to grow bigger year after year. The annual event is now is its third year with the largest group of attendees projected at well over 700.
The Woodstock Fruit Festival strives to address the many health advantages of eating fruit-based as well as environmental benefits. The festival strongly believes that one of the best things you can do for your own health and the health of the Planet is to eat more fruit!
