Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK (PRWEB UK) 5 April 2013
The well known Europe-wide supermarket chains Spar and Supra have chosen to adopt WML’s PrePrint Kyocera Prescribe to PDF document emulation which allows them to electronically deliver documents and produce document archives.
The PrePrint Software was designed as modular software that integrates into a customer’s environment without having to make major infrastructure changes. PrePrint can be supplied as a standalone network attached box product or as a VMware/KVM image. PrePrint also integrates into WML’s document conditioning and outsourcing software called DataGateway which has proved to be popular with UK insurance and retail companies.
Jan-Peter van Vliet, Lambrechts IT Manager commented, “We use the WML PrePrint software to convert our invoices into an industry standard PDF format direct from the output of a legacy application that produces Kyocera Prescribe documents. This has saved us a lot of investment rewriting in house software and we are no longer tied to any specific brand of desktop printers. We also don't need to print every document as they can be automatically emailed, saving time and the cost of fulfilment and postage. I can honestly say we have received outstanding support from WML, the few problems that have occurred have been resolved quickly and professionally.”
William Matthew Limited has developed a number of unique document processing and emulation products that are used by financial services, medical and retail companies. For more information contact Mark Brown.
