Over the last few months, PrecisionCraft Log and Timber Homes has released installments of a four-part series focused on different ways to modify a home’s design. This series is meant to inspire potential clients looking for the perfect design concept to fit their lifestyle. Each new release highlights four past client projects for the modifications made to their plans.
In the first installment, PrecisionCraft explored the option of altering square footage. This area of customization featured four new home projects, two that reduced the square footage of an original concept for their home design and two that enlarged theirs. The second part offered four examples of homes where the product type was altered. These examples showed how clients could modify an existing design to fit their own product preference.
This month’s focus features PrecisionCraft’s ability to modify a design through levels changes. PrecisionCraft is often asked about single level designs or adding basements to existing designs, this third installment shows how those needs can be accomplished.
There is only one more installment in this insightful modification series. If clients have not seen the previous parts of the series, PrecisionCraft invites them to take a look at the first three newsletters on their website. Readers or interested log home buyers also have the opportunity to sign up to receive the final installment by email.
