HD CCTV provider, Avigilon, has announced that it is adding its adaptive infrared technology to its indoor and outdoor H.264 High Definition (HD) dome cameras.

Adaptive IR technology is able to intelligently change infrared lighting levels based on scene conditions, to minimise motion blur and maximise image quality even in complete darkness.

The adaptive IR technology is already a standard feature in Avigilon’s HD bullet cameras and is the industry’s most effective way to capture evidence without a visible light source.
