The Avamere Family of Companies, a leader in senior healthcare services in Oregon and Washington for 18 years, announced the acquisition of six transitional care facilities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Colorado. The acquisition expands the Avamere Family of Companies geographical footprint into two new territories – Idaho and Colorado.
