Website creates new community space with info, tools and ideas for Heath Insurance Call Centers

Panviva announced today that it is delighted to sponsor a new website developed to assist call centers within US Health Plans. CSiHP.com (Customer Service in Health Plans) provides an online community space with information, educational tools, ideas and networking connections for call centers in US Health Plans. The site’s primary mission is to provide help and support to Plans in making efficient and cost effective transitions through changes associated with the Affordable Care Act and the new world of Exchanges or Markets.

The new CSiHP.com website features sections on Customer Engagement, Customer Interaction and Services. What readers will find there include current articles, videos, case studies, best practices and interviews related specifically to the challenges of delivering customer service in an increasingly complex world. The rich, engaging content is selected from a wide range of independent, authoritative sources on customer services in health plans; it changes frequently but includes a searchable archive. The site also encourages users to offer feedback and submit insights and ideas that would offer even more value to the community.
