Sean Robertson was hired as the Director of Urban Gallery. Sean was most recently a VP and Creative Director for CBS Outdoor. Sean works out of the San Francisco office where he collaborates on many accounts and contributes to Billups’ overall creative strategy. Sean is a three-time Obie Awards Judge and former Chairman of the OAAA Creative Committee. In the past, Sean has also worked with Gannett Outdoor San Francisco, Infinity Outdoor and Viacom.

Tim Switzer is a new Director of Client Strategy, working in the Los Angeles office. Tim brings 12 years of high-level brand and emerging media experience to the team. Tim works to ensure that Billups clients utilize the entire media landscape with an emphasis on emerging technologies. He has worked with Zenith media, T-Mobile USA and Wieden + Kennedy in the past.

Mandy Parker joined Billups as a Director of Client Strategy in the Atlanta office. Mandy spent nearly a decade at MEC, a WPP company as a Partner and director of planning before coming to Billups Worldwide.
