The alliance between the two companies includes a strategic investment in Proficio Inc. by NRI SecureTechnologies, expansion of Proficio’s Security Operations Centers (SOC), joint sales and marketing efforts, and technology sharing.

Strategic Partnership

  • Strategic investment in Proficio by NRI SecureTechnologies to accelerate Proficio’s growth and expansion of its ProSOC service
  • Proficio to provide its security monitoring service, ProSOC, to NRI Secure’s North American customers
  • NRI Secure to provide Proficio resources for managing Palo Alto Networks Next-generation Firewalls, Imperva Web Application Firewalls, and web security assessments
  • Proficio and NRI Secure will partner on joint sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and leverage shared technologies
  • The addition of Naoshi Matsushita, NRI SecureTechnologies’ North American COO, to Proficio’s board of directors
