Continuing its strategy of delivering the premier suite of online sports management utilities for amateur, collegiate and professional sports organizations, Sport Ngin announced today that it has acquired e7sports, an Irvine, California based sports organization management software company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"e7sports is a company we've long admired as an early innovator in the world of tournament and club management. They have a passionate staff and incredible domain knowledge," said Justin Kaufenberg, chief executive officer of Sport Ngin. "We are thrilled to be bringing our two companies together. The prospect of our combined experiences and offerings will bring further innovation to the youth and amateur sports market. This melding will be an exciting boon to our collective clients."

Integration of the e7sports business operations is expected to begin in Summer 2013.
