Jim Collins, renowned author of the New York Times bestseller Great By Choice, How the Mighty Fall and international bestseller Good to Great, will be the keynote speaker on Sept. 22 at the 21st Annual Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) Conference and Exhibition in San Jose. Collins, an expert on turning good organizations into great ones, will highlight key challenges all businesses face today and discuss why in a world of constant change, the fundamentals are more important than ever.

The ACI-NA Annual Conference and Exhibition will be held Sept. 22-25 at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California. Preconference seminars featuring in-depth information on airport finances, operations, information technology, legal issues and environmental challenges will also be held Sept. 21–22.
In addition to the educational sessions, delegates can visit over 100 exhibitors in the conference Exhibition Hall at the San Jose Convention Center.
