Innovative technology, quality sound and the world’s heaviest Metal Band will all unite at the 2013 Musikmesse from April 9th -13th thanks to Gibson and its family of brands.
Gibson will showcase its innovative Min-ETune™ “robot tuning” system, which has been hailed by guitarists of all levels as a game-changer that can tune guitars to standard or alternate tunings, accurately and in seconds.
Throughout the show, guests will be entertained by Gibson’s newest artists—the group Compressorhead, a fully robotic power trio that’s literally the world’s “heaviest” metal band.

Gibson will also showcase the limited-edition Joe Perry 1959 Les Paul, and two new signature ES-335 guitars for Chris Cornell of Soundgarden.
Guest artists expected to visit the Gibson booth include Rudolf Schenker to sign his new signature guitar, UK blues-rock band The Brew, German singer/songwriter Finn Martin, Nick Howard (winner of the German version of the television show, The Voice), Kuddel of the German punk band Die Toten Hosen, Berlin Indy rap band The Love Buelow, and Epiphone artist Matt Heafy.
