LocationInsight, A Top Provider of Enterprise Local Search Marketing Software, Names Ty Kasperbauer as Chief Operating Officer

Industry veteran will lead strategic operations for the established leader in enterprise local search marketing.

LocationInsight, a premier provider of enterprise local search marketing solutions to multi-location advertisers, announced today the appointment of Ty Kasperbauer as Chief Operating Officer.

In this role, Mr. Kasperbauer will lead the development and oversight of the company’s strategic initiatives related to client services, platform implementations, and local search practices. He will also manage key back-office functions including finance, human resources, and facilities.

During the eight years prior, Mr. Kasperbauer held several roles on the HomeAdvisor (formerly ServiceMagic) senior leadership team owning various functions in the organization including service professional sales, operations, strategy, and category management. In this time, HomeAdvisor grew to over $200MM in revenues with both domestic and European footprints. Mr. Kasperbauer was responsible for architecting and scaling the service professional customer organization, ultimately employing over 650 inside sales and customer service personnel that supported and enabled this growth.

Ty holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Mr. Kasperbauer also serves on the Board of Directors of the Sensory Processing Disorder Foundation.
