Graphic Evidence are proud to promote the annual ball for children's charity, Panathlon Challenge, which will be held on 11th May 2013 at Hilton London Stanstead.
Graphic design company Graphic Evidence work closely with this fantastic charity that was set up in 1996 to inspire disabled children throughout the UK; the charity provides accessible sporting equipment and events, which follow a ‘mini-Paralympics’ format.
This black-tie event is a great opportunity to enjoy fantastic food and entertainment while raising funds and supporting two great charities: Panathlon Challenge and Hilton in the Community Foundation.
Those attending the black tie-event will enjoy a champagne reception followed by a four course meal and wine. The evening will be compared by Dave Fulton from Sky Sports and new Panathlon Ambassador, triple Paralympic medalist Liz Johnson, will be giving an inspirational after dinner speech.
Live music and and a disco will go on into the early hours, and there's even bacon rolls provided on departure!
A charity auction and raffle offering some amazing prizes including trips to Florida, Paris and Rome, will be held to help raise funds for this fantastic charity.
Graphic Evidence have worked closely with Panathlon Challenge across a number or projects and are delighted to assist by marketing the event throughout a variety of avenues. The Graphic Evidence graphic designers were also commissioned to create promotional flyers for the event alongside a new design and image for the ball.
