Arktan, a leading provider of innovative real-time social curation and conversation products for brands across many industries announced today new data reporting and analytics features that will extend the capabilities of Arktan SocialStreams.

The new analytics capabilities enable Arktan customers to better measure the social web conversation during TV shows, live events, breaking news, and product launches, by allowing tracking of historical and real-time distribution of curated social conversation on a particular stream across multiple platforms.

The real-time social conversation is visualized in a line graph that supports Twitter, Facebook, GetGlue, Instagram, and all other leading social platforms, as well as social conversation on customers’ own sites and mobile apps.

The historical cumulative social conversation for each platform is visualized in pie charts that show the distribution of different types of conversation and comments made across the social web, e.g., tweets, Twitter at replies, Facebook posts, and Facebook comments.

The new analytics capabilities extend Arktan’s existing reporting and analytics toolkit that includes robust APIs and real-time trending.
