In this role, Mr. Cox will lead MAP’s billing division and assist in implementing strategic billing service bundles for the company’s clients. Mr. Cox has 30 plus years of experience managing large organizations that specialize in insurance claims processing and accounts receivable. His decades of experience with HCA and Universal Health Services include adult and adolescent behavioral health, chemical dependency programs and acute care, as well as, working with private practices. His expertise in payer contract negotiations and comprehensive understanding of medical reimbursement is an asset to MAP’s clients. Additionally, Mr. Cox focuses on revenue cycle management, coding, documentation and compliance strategies.
