Kolz is a seasoned technology executive with over 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and international business in multiple verticals. Before joining MRI, Kolz served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Aptean, a global leader in enterprise application software that gives businesses of all sizes a competitive edge via their product offerings. During his tenure, he led the worldwide Aptean sales team and was responsible for developing the company’s account coverage model to drive international business expansion and enable a better customer experience with vertically aligned sales teams.

Prior to Aptean, Kolz held various senior management and leadership positions, including roles within OSIsoft, Ernst & Young, and Elsag Bailey (now ABB). Kolz earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and currently resides in the Cleveland suburb of Mentor.
